Project Director (Karachi, max age 55)

• MPhil in Psychology.
• At least 10 years in health-system programs or projects, including at least 5 years in mental health research or project management.
• At least 5 research publications in peer-reviewed journals.

Project Coordinator (Karachi, max age 55)

• MBBS with MSPH or MPH.
• 10 years of health management at primary health care level, including 5 years of demonstrated experience in TB care services.

Project Officer (Karachi, max age 50)

• MBA, MSPH or MPH.
• 3 years in project management, coordination or administration in health care programs at provincial or regional level.

Public Health Specialist

• MBBS with a master’s in public health (MPH, MSPH, FCPS or equivalent) from a recognized institute.
• At least 2 years in the field, especially at district or provincial level in health programs or organizations.
• Government Medical Officers who qualify may apply through proper channel. If selected, they get an allowance on top of their salary under company policy.
• Posting: RO-Hyderabad, RO-Karachi, RO-Larkana, RO-Mirpurkhas, RO-SBA and RO-Sukkur.

Manager MNCH (Karachi)

• MBBS only, or BDS with MSPH or MPH, or BSN with MSPH or MPH.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• At least 3 years in maternal and child health programs or public health.

Manager Program (Karachi)

• MPH, MSPH or HPM with 2 years of relevant experience in a health and nutrition program, or a four-year bachelor’s in Nutrition, Public Health Nutrition, Biomedical or Pharm D with at least 5 years in maternal and child health and nutrition projects.
• Experience as a district lead or at provincial level in a conditional cash transfer programme.
• Nutrition-project management experience is preferred.

Finance, Audit and Procurement Roles (All Karachi)

Deputy Chief Finance

• Member of ACCA or ICMA with at least 4 years of post-qualification experience, or CA Finalist.
• Or M.Com, MBA (Finance), BBA or BS (Accounting & Finance), 16 years, from an HEC-recognized university, with at least 7 years of post-qualification experience.

Manager F & A

• Member of ACCA or ICMA with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience, or CA Finalist.
• Or the same degrees as above with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience.

Internal Auditor

• ACCA Finalist, CA Finalist or ICMA with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Or M.Com, MBA (Finance), BBA or BS (Accounting & Finance), 16 years, from an HEC-recognized university, with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience.

Executive Procurement

• MBA in Supply Chain Management or Procurement.
• 3 years in procurement or supply chain.

District Roles

Pharmacist / Store Manager (26 districts)

• Graduation in Pharmacy with 3 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field.
• Preference goes to candidates with computer skills and warehouse or supply-chain management certificates.

Assistant Admin (26 districts)

• An MBA or MPA, with preference for relevant experience.
• Or a graduate with at least 1 year in the relevant field at a reputable organization.

Technician Lab and Technician X-Ray (26 districts each)

• A diploma in Laboratory Technician or X-Ray Technician, or an equivalent, from a recognized institute registered with the Sindh medical faculty or Pakistan Nursing Council, or an equivalent.
• Experienced candidates get preference.

Support Roles

Aya Female Attendant (Karachi, age 18–45)

• Primary pass.
• A local resident of the same Union Council, living near the advertised facility.

Attendant (BMU) (19 districts, age under 45) and Laboratory Attendant (GeneXpert) (15 districts, age under 45)

• Matric pass with a CNIC address or UC residence certificate for the specific Union Council.
• At least one year of relevant experience. The listing also says fresh candidates can apply.

PPHI Sindh Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility depends on the post. Read the full entry for your role on the portal.

• Qualifications and experience: Each post sets its own, as shown above.
• Age: Only six posts state an age limit: Project Coordinator, Project Director, Project Officer, Aya Female Attendant, Attendant (BMU) and Laboratory Attendant (GeneXpert).
• Local residence: Aya Female Attendant needs a local resident of the same Union Council. The two other attendant posts need a CNIC address or UC residence certificate for a specific Union Council. These conditions apply only to those three posts.
• Gender: The listing states no gender rule, except that the Aya post is titled “Female Attendant.” Do not assume all posts are open to both men and women.
