Job Responsibilities
Manager – Branding & CSR
This role builds the company’s brand and manages its CSR work.
- Grow SSGC’s brand equity and keep the brand plan and guidelines up to date.
- Audit how branding is applied, including through field visits, and keep the brand asset list.
- Update the brand manual to the 2026–27 timeframe.
- Update CSR guidelines, ensure compliance with the CSR Act 2026 and work with NGOs and NPOs on CSR programs.
- Report on CSR projects, review complaints and manage risks tied to branding and CSR partners.
Deputy Manager – Conventional Media & Media Complaints
This role manages SSGC’s relations with print and electronic media.
- Build relationships with beat reporters and manage the company’s image in conventional media.
- Follow up on press releases and ensure publication across leading English, Urdu, Balochi and Sindhi newspapers.
- Prepare daily news clippings and track media release orders and invoices.
- Coordinate with the Press Information Department (PID) and agencies on advertisements.
- Receive, track and resolve media complaints.
Deputy Manager – Social Media Engagement
This role runs SSGC’s official social media presence.
- Manage SSGC’s accounts on approved platforms and keep the posting calendar.
- Develop content with creative agencies and run campaigns.
- Engage with influencers, and monitor comments, messages and mentions.
- Track engagement data and prepare a weekly report for the Head of Department.
